Paul Shiner and his team were simply amazing! I drove into Hilltop Subaru 15mins before the team were due to shut the doors on the service dept. and Paul and his team were so incredibly gracious to have a look at the issue I was having with my wiper spray. Turns out after running out of fluid 6 hrs into my journey and filling it with water (I know, moron!) the lines froze. It was -10F that day. The team did an amazing job to clear the lines and get me back on the road. Turned out to be an 11hr driving day with tons of road muck thrown on the windscreen so to say I was grateful to have everything working again is an understatement! I can't recommend Paul and his team enough. Thank you guys for your incredible service and amazing attitude to get me back on the road.

Paul, the Assistant Service Manager was incredibly helpful and generous with his time! I am not super car savvy and am considering buying a used Subaru Outback. I was looking for expert insights on the car I was considering and Paul's was just so generous with his time and there were so many things he taught me to look for and consider. That was one of the most valuable conversations I've had and now, I'm going in as an educated buyer, with more confidence and guaranteed that when this purchase...if it goes through, will translate into my being a super happy customer at Hilltop. I bought a Forester from Hilltop Subaru. From the moment I went on to the lot I was met by Kyra. She had all the answers to my questions. Took the Forester for a test drive and I was sold. Everyone in the dealership were very friendly and professional and yet this is the most relaxed atmosphere. Purchase was fast and they called for insurance dealer to assist on site. Just a wonderful experience.

My experience at Hilltop was fantastic. Ben assisted my parents when they first went in to look at a vehicle for me. He was very thorough and fair with the process and allowed for a stress free experience. When I went to pick up the car he was so welcoming and showed me all the details of the vehicle and accommodated my need in the purchase process. The process was seamless and I highly recommend Ben and his team for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the future!

We have purchased a Subaru Forester at Hilltop Subaru in Vernon. Josh Semenok was our sales manager. He is truly professional. Everything was at a high level and well organized.
